What to Bring

Please dress comfortably. While some seating will be available (chairs and sofa and floor space), if you prefer sitting on the floor you may bring a pillow to sit on, and if you'd like to lie down, bring a yoga mat and a blanket for full relaxation. Lying down spots are first-come, first-served, so be sure to arrive early if you prefer that option! Doors open at 6:45pm. I do have a few mats available if you don't want to bring your own-please let me know ahead of time.
